Your driving license with your mobile phone using Digilocker App, download digilocker app and sign up with aadhar card then you received your driving license to submit driving licence detail,also your vehicle registration book mean RC book received digitaly. Click below link to sign up.

Open the digilockr app then create account by adhar card.get OTP in mobile which mobile number link with Aadhar card. Then open driving license menu and fill details of your license and submit it.then you get your license image with photo and number. This file is valid for instand origenal driving license.
